Asphalt Mixing Plant

AMP3000-C asphalt plant has a maximum output of 220t/h. The vibrating screen of this equipment adopts drawer-type design to facilitate the replacement of screen mesh. The bearing is always immersed in oil to get sufficient lubrication, so the service life of the bearing is prolonged.

In 2016, a customer in Jiangyin, China, purchased the asphalt plant. Taking into consideration the local geographical environment, we installed dust processing devices, sulfur dioxide processing devices and noise reduction devices, which significantly reduced the amount of dust, smoke and noise generated environment during operation, making this equipment ideal for environmental protection work.
